Payroll Specialist - £40k - £45k - Insurance- City of London We are currently working with a leading Insurance firm in the city, to recruit an experienced payroll specialist/ adviser to join on a permanent basis. This role will involve: Management of outsourced UK and Ireland payroll on Zellis system Working closely with both HR and finance to ensure payroll date is correct Preparation of payroll information Entering payroll data into HRIS system Payroll checks -Payroll input and tax Ensure payroll is process on time and accurately Payroll inquiries Resolve payroll issues Payroll Reconciliations Payroll reports Dealing with expat/inpat and shadow payrolls Providing administrative support to the HR Team Skills required: 4-5 years of strong UK and Ireland payroll exposure Strong experience of payroll related taxes Strong excel skills Detail oriented Expat experience
