Payroll Manager, Recruitment Company, Bank, £40k - £50k Your new company This organisation is a well-known recruitment company who are expanding throughout the UK. They have a dynamic yet professional company culture. Your new role You will be managing the contractor payroll for a high-volume of contractors throughout the UK along with one other payroll professional. This role is a fast-paced hands on role however, you will be running projects and advising the Financial Director on improving the Payroll function. The main focus of this role is process improvement. They are looking for someone who has lead projects and made a huge improvement to the Payroll function. What you'll need to succeed You will need experience managing the contractor payroll process. You will be need experience working in a fast-paced environment and driven in improving the payroll function. Experience managing recruitment company payroll is preferable.
