Predominantly we use wild, sustainable meat, with a focus on wild venison. We have our own dedicated Deer manager who harvests the wild deer over thousands of acres of prime English countryside exclusively for us. We also love rare breed beef and Lamb, Wild Boar from The Forest of Dean, and the freshest line caught fish that Cornwall has to offer. We harvest beautiful local vegetables, grown in season and bake fresh bread daily. As a team member you will be serving elegant, sensual, beautiful food and drink, that is delightful to the eye as well as tasty. Head Breakfast Waiter / Waitress -Experience / Skills: · Previous experience in a similar role · Exceptional Customer service & Supervisory skills · Great communication, interpersonal & leadership skills · Use own initiative, team player, hospitable · Attentive, multitasking, time management Head Breakfast Waiter / Waitress - Role : You will serve and ensure the wellbeing of our guests. Complete all preparation & service to the highest standards and maintain a high standard of service - consistently. This is an opportunity to train and develop junior staff, whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer service. Naturally, breakfast is a high-intensity service within our restaurant. We need you to have a cool head and a cooler exterior.
