Overview
Your new company This large public sector organisation is based near the centre of Bath and has a friendly, supportive team environment. They are looking for an interim Head of HR to join their team. Your new role As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading and developing a strong effective HR generalist team which aims to deliver a high quality service across the organisation. You will fully support the HR services and contribute to the development of HR strategies, policies and procedures. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally be Level 7 CIPD qualified. You will have exposure of working with unions and working at a senior management level within a HR function. Previous experience within the public sector is beneficial, along with experience of managing BAU and organisational change. What you'll get in return You will receive a day rate of up to £230 for 6 months, along with a generous benefits package including 27 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, excellent pension scheme and potential flexible working arrangements.
