Overview
Leading West Midlands firm seeks a Solicitor to join their busy litigation team. You will undertake and assist on a variety of litigation matters including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, warranty claims, professional negligence claims, insolvency matters, commercial contract disputes. In addition, you may be involved in dealing with property disputes, contentious probate, consumer contract matters and employment law. You will work as part of a team on larger cases, with sole responsibility for appropriate elements (such as disclosure management and first drafts of witness statements). Ideally, you will have 1-2 years' PQE, although applications are welcome from candidates with 0-4 years' PQE including 2 years' litigation experience. Advocacy experience an advantage.
