We have just been informed of an unmissable opportunity for a confident and committed property litigation solicitor to join an ambitious, modern firm in their Birmingham office. This is an exciting time for the firm with consistent success leading to expansion. They are forward thinking and technologically driven, delivering high level expert advice along with exemplary client care. As a property litigation solicitor within this firm you will: Handle a varied caseload of mixed property litigation matters including but not limited to break clauses, dilapidation's claims and possession proceedings. Strengthen and generate enduring client relationships Be encouraged and supported to progress in your professional development and career The successful candidate would have a strong work ethic, contemporary vison and drive for success. They would bring along with them around five years or more post qualified experience, however you are still encouraged to apply if you fall outside of this.
