Overview
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join this niche service organisation on a part-time basis. This HR Advisor role will form part of a small HR team where you will deliver a HR service in a regional capacity. As a proven HR Advisor, you will have strong generalist HR experience and solid employment law knowledge. Supporting the wider HR team you will be involved in all areas of the business including learning & development, pay & benefits and staffing. You will be confident handling disciplinary and grievance processes with a tactful and honest approach.
