Overview

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced CIPD qualified Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading employer based in West Sussex around the Crawley / Gatwick area. The Senior HR Business Partner job is ideal for a HR professional with proven Change Management, multisite and Union experience as well as experience of working for a large organisation, partnering with the Senior Management team. The HR BP position will require travel to different sites in the Sussex and Surrey area. Salary package: £55-58k basic depending on experience plus excellent flexible company benefits such as; company car or car allowance, Private Healthcare, bonus scheme, 27.5 days holiday and excellent contributory pension Duties and responsibilities will include: Drive the development and deployment of the People Plan Provide expert coaching and influencing skills Carry out coaching support to the senior operational team on a variety of HR activities including; attendance management and compliance, and provide professional advice to ensure alignment to the wider business strategy, and operational direction. Be a champion of cultural change, act as the expert for Industrial Relations ensuring adherence to the Industrial Relations Framework principles and coaching and advising stakeholders to ensure plans are thought through and commercially sound. Deploy the Talent and Resourcing plan in the relevant business units, putting in place plans and activities to retain and attract talent. Change management Work collaboratively with HR and stakeholders across the organisation to successfully deliver HR operational activity, and drive business performance and engagement. Skills and experience required for the Senior HR BP role: CIPD qualified with proven HR BP - HR Business Partner experience working within a large organisation ideally within Logistics, Delivery, Retail, Transport type business Good knowledge of UK legislative frameworks and associated people policies / terms Ability to collaborate as part of a team to create business change Excellent influencing skills, able to build productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels including Trade Unions Experience of business partnering with a track record of excellent stakeholder management, successfully achieving target measures Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
