Overview
My client, an expanding organisation based in Crawley is seeking a commercially focussed Head of HR to join them on an initial 6 month FTC to cover a secondment. Reporting into the MD, Duties include: Managing HR function of 2 Assisting the SLT to shape the People Strategy for the short, medium and long term Managing the HR Department across multiple sites Leading on all HR matters including complex ER cases Coaching line managers through Disciplinary& Grievance process End to end Recruitment for more Senior appointments Undertaking salary review process Providing HR commentary to SLT HR projects The ideal candidate will be available immediately and have extensive ER experience as well as a strong generalist HR background. Strong stakeholder management experience and proven experience helping to shape and deliver people strategy whilst handling Operational HR tasks is essential.
