Exclusive Building Surveying vacancy, working from home, London, residential portfolio, £35,000-£50,000 Your new company My client are a dynamic consultancy, working throughout London and the home counties providing a range of Surveying services. This company has rapidly grown in the past year and now looking to bring on board several Surveyors to help support their current workload. They provide a bespoke service to their diverse client-base which includes Valuations, Home-buyers and Building Surveys. Your new role Working within a team of 9 Building Surveyors, you will be supported by a centralised administration team based in their head office. You will personally work from home and, using your own vehicle, will conduct two surveys a day within London. Specifically, you will carry out Property Valuations, Home-buyer Reports and Building Surveys on a range of residential properties, including Victorian, new builds, and small flats. What you'll need to succeed Essential- AssocRICS You will have a track record of delivery in the UK residential property market either independently or with a consultancy and have experience with Building Surveys, Valuations and Home Buyers Reports. You will be a self-starter and have either an interest or a track record of working well independently.
