Technical Architect/Technician
Overview
I'm currently on the search for an experienced Technical Architect or Technician to join a exciting new Surrey based office of an established practice. This is a permanent position with a salary circa £35,000 pa depending on experience. You'll be working on a number of Surrey based large scale mixed-use and residential developments so a background in the area is required. As the title suggests this is a position that favours the technically minded however you will also need a strong understanding of the planning process and good experience of working on planning applications. AutoCAD is the main software in use and you will need be able to hit the ground running with this. In an ideal world you should have a driving licence and a car as there may be site visits required from time to time, client facing experience could also suit but is not a pre-requisite. This is to work for a new office so it's an opportunity for someone to make their mark within a medium-large scale outfit. There will be opportunities to grow alongside the company and become an important member of the team. With a number of busy clients in the area it's certainly a position for the long haul.
