Our 24 bedded surgical unit offers Colorectal/Gynae/Urology/Transplant/Hepatobiliary and step down HDU. Providing living related donation for liver and renal, we are also one of a few private hospitals in the UK to offer Urethroplasty and are proud to also be part of the ERAS society. Our nurses come from a varied background with experience generally within one or more of these areas, however with the support of the team, they are expected to cover all surgical conditions, offering variety within their roles and providing them the ability to learn new skills As the Staff Nurse, working within a multidisciplinary team, you will plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care, ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered to our patients. Hours: 37.5hrs per week working Long days/Nights /Weekends Salary: £32,270 - £35,855 (dependent on experience) 9% Shift enhancement and Benefits Reward & recognition – We'll look after you with our contribution pension scheme, private medical insurance, annual salary review, 247.5hrs holiday each year; with the option to buy and sell additional hours and excellent career development; offering clear career pathways and access to further education.
