Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Acute and Rehabilitation Directorate. THIS POST INCLUDES A 10% WELCOME PAYMENT INCENTIVE. Our community hospitals aim to provide safe, effective, high quality care by working closely with patients, relatives and carers. We offer the highest levels of rehabilitation in order to improve and maintain each patient's independence with a view to enabling a successful return to home life or agreed alternative accommodation. We are seeking a motivated and forward thinking registered qualified nurse to enhance the quality of care on our rehabilitation wards. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of our vibrant multi-disciplinary team. We are looking for full time and part time employees. The successful candidate will support with supervision of junior staff and contribute to the delivery of the highest standards of care. This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff). At NELFT we set very high standards to ensure we provide quality services. We require prospective employees to carry out an online literacy and numeracy test, equivalent to NVQ Level 2.
