We are currently looking for exceptional healthcare professionals to join our 0-19 teams in Brent in a range of temporary and permanent roles. Our team members deliver family centred care to families with children and young people, working in partnership with children's centres, schools, GPs, Local Authority Services and voluntary agencies to seek the best outcomes for children and young people who live or attend schools in Brent. We are currently looking for: Band 6 Health Visitors Band 5 Community Staff Nurses - Health Visiting Band 5 Community Staff Nurses- School Nursing Band 4 Community Nursery Nurses Bank workers have the flexibility of working a day, a few days, or longer. You can choose the location and shift patterns that suit you and your commitments.
