Overview

Fruition IT are working with a leading Law firm with operations across the globe. Due to growth of the Leeds tech team they require a Business Systems Analyst or Technically capable Business Analyst to work closely with business and technology stakeholders. The business systems analyst will be involved with the design and implementation of technology enabled initiatives that provide new advantages for the firm. The projects will be multiple and you will be involved from initiation to release and handover As the Business Systems Analyst you will work with technology stakeholders to understand, analyse, refine and communicate business and technical requirements so the development team can build robust solutions. You will work with Project Managers, Scrum masters and developers to deliver new projects through the entire SDLC within an evolving Agile Environment Ideally you will have expertise as a technical business analyst or business systems analyst working within an agile environment delivering SDLC software applications and systems. You will lead by example of business process applications, data definitions, integration's and varieties of infra. Data analysis concepts and experienced in ETL, SQL and other data extraction and transformation skills would be highly beneficial. Experience in reverse engineering business rules and data from legacy applications is preferred. Experience with Business Modelling software such as BMP and Visio is preferred.
