Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Analyst to join a market leading organisation, taking responsibility for analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements throughout the full lifecycle of significant software, digital, and IT projects. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting workshops, feasibility studies, gathering business requirements, and proposing solutions, whilst working with stakeholders across a range of internal teams, including Testers, Developers, Product Owners, and Architects. The Senior Business Analyst will also be involved in quality assurance, supporting user acceptance testing, and working with Project Managers to support implementation and delivery of projects. The successful Senior Business Analyst will also be required to coach and mentor junior members of the team. Key Skills · Previous experience in a dedicated Business analyst role · Experience working on development projects across their full lifecycle · Experience of analysis modelling and problem solving · Able to build relationships with key stakeholders across numerous business functions · Experience of working in an Agile and Waterfall Environment · Experience conducting workshops, gathering requirements · Any financial services experience is desirable Salary & Benefits · Basic salary up to £75,000 · Contributory Pension · 25 days holiday · Performance related bonus · Flexible working hours · Other flexible benefits This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join an organisation going through a period of rapid growth and change, and play a key role in a number of high profile, technology driven projects, which will have a significant impact on the wider business.
