Overview

1st & 2nd Line Support / Service Desk Analyst / Mac - London My client is an exciting start-up who are looking for a 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their newly created service desk. You will be responsible for supporting all staff across core desktop support using Windows and Mac OS, . You will have a strong support background and be experienced supporting Windows and Mac users and will ideally have some professional exposure to cloud-based technologies. You must have a proven support experience at a 1st and 2nd Line level. You will have previous experience supporting core desktop technology e.g. Active Directory, Windows Server, MS Office, o365. You will have a strong customer centric ethos to support and be able to communicate with stakeholders across the business. 1st & 2nd Line Support / Service Desk Analyst / Mac - London
