This position will be sitting within the firm’s busy collections and recoveries team and will be working under the management team. The successful individual will be dealing with some of the more complex and difficult cases coming into the firm. The central duties of this role include, but are not limited to: Letter drafting involving liability issue explanations Defending of cases and appeals Dealing with insolvency matters, including bankruptcy Drafting of final response letters The responsibilities centring around these duties include: Researching of cases Instructing and briefing counsel Undertaking proceedings and securing court judgements Effective communication with all parties involved What will you need to be considered for the role? Experience within insolvency or debt at a similar level GCSEs with a minimum of A-C in Maths and English
