Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Collections Advisor for our client, Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS). You will be working 35 hours per week Monday - Friday and you will be paid £11.64ph. The role is to start ASAP and will finish in December 2020. As a Collections Advisor working in VWFS call centre, you will provide the highest quality assistance and support when the Customer is experiencing financial difficulty. You will be the voice of the business during a sensitive time for the customer, balancing empathy with commercial business needs. * Working to agreed service levels, quality targets and operational metrics * Using your initiative to resolve customer issues, where possible within first contact * Working in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines at all times * Using personal judgement to negotiate with third parties including debt management and recoveries firms * Updating multiple systems and programmes Skills and Experience Required: * Complex customer service experience, ideally gained within a collections or complaints team * Experience of working to service levels and quality measures * Strong teamwork skills whilst maintaining individual ownership * Excellent written and verbal ability * Experienced in the use of multiple systems including MS Office, CRM and telephony systems * A genuine desire to help and support people * The ability to manage, influence and adapt during complex conversations If you want to work in a role representing leading automotive brands in a fantastic working environment, please send your CV for review today.
