Overview
As this leading pensions and investments consultancy develops and expands further, their offices in central London are now seeking a Pensions Client Relationship Manager Associate, where you will play a key part in providing an effective and efficient pension’s service to their clients, as well as supporting Client Relationship Managers and being responsible for helping to develop the overall relationship with the client from an administrative perspective and maintaining high levels of satisfaction with the service from both the client and members alike. This can include but not be limited to: Ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of client work Assisting with day to day management of client relationships with trustees, scheme members and corporate clients. Preparing for and where appropriate participating in trustee meetings. Managing complex pensions queries and pensions consultative advice. Assisting with management of ad-hoc projects and exercises Keeping abreast of technical and legislative developments within the pensions industry. Assisting in the management of new business tenders and presentations. With experience of both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes, this progressive role is likely to appeal to individuals who are looking to further develop their experience gained working within the admin business of a third party administrator and who are now looking to move into more of a consultancy environment.
