Overview
This highly regarded law firm is seeking a banking and finance solicitor to join their industry leading banking and finance team from their Central London office. You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of banking and finance matters including asset and receivables finances, debt capital markets and securitisation, Islamic finance, leveraged finance, corporate and commercial banking, financial products and services and project finance. You will also be required to work closely with the Real Estate team on a number of real estate finance matters. Experience of transactional real estate finance work is essential for this role. You will ideally have between two and five years' post-qualification experience within a reputable banking and finance team.
