Overview

In the current unprecedented times for us all; I am delighted to be recruiting an exclusive part-time HR Generalist opportunity for a very successful manufacturing business, based within Peterborough. The HR Generalist will report directly to the CFO and it is pivotal that you build relationships with internal key stakeholders and also manage expectations. This is an opportunity for someone to take true accountability and ownership of the HR function and develop this role. Key deliverables: Be involved in all aspects of employee relations Responsible for training, learning and development Be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and ensure you bring top talent into the business Oversee the onboarding Compliance checks Implementation of exit interviews Review attrition and absence Implementing HR metrics Review of Contracts of Employments and staff handbook Review HR policies Process weekly/ monthly payroll information to the outsourced payroll provider Work with line managers and offer them support and guidance Manage the HR database The successful candidate : Will have a minimum 3 years HR experience Ideally you will be CIPD part qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification Experience in providing HR advice and delivering in a busy, and at times, challenging environment Excellent communication and rapport building skills The business is committed to continual improvement and putting employees at the heart of decision making and the right candidate will help drive this This is most definitely an exciting opportunity and if this is of interest, please do apply now.
