About the Kitchen Assistant position (15hrs Weekends) We are seeking a proactive Kitchen Assistant Cook to join our company. You will be required to prepare all the necessary ingredients and equipment for cooking. You are expected to cook various kinds of meals to meet resident satisfaction. About the Kitchen Assistant position * Setting up workstation with the necessary equipment * Prepping minor ingredients to use for cooking * Utilizing different equipment (cooker, grill, etc.) * Monitoring stock/inventory * Preparing exquisite dishes * Ensuring that the working environment is properly sanitized * Ensuring meals are prepared properly Requirements are: * Experience working in a busy cooking environment * Familiar with cooking utensils * Familiar with the different kinds of cooking procedures * Good communication skills * Excellent team player * Level 2 Food Safety preferred
