Are you an experienced office administrator who is looking for a new challenge? Property Manager £20,000 - £30,000 per annum Pickering, North Yorkshire Full Time, Permanent Your New Company An established and growing business based in North Yorkshire. They are currently looking to recruit a property manager to work within their small but busy office team. Your New Role Working as a Property Manager you will undertake a range of duties including, creating tenancies, visiting tenants, liaising with builders and utility providers, carrying out general office administration. What You'll Need You do not need prior experience in the sector however strong administration skills are essential. You will have an excellent telephone manner, strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You will need to be a car driver as some site visits will be required.
