Our client is looking for Property Account Coordinator
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software tools.
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable, especially in a property management setting, is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for spotting discrepancies and unusual transactions.
Excellent communication skills for professional interaction and effective problem resolution.
Knowledge of property management financial practices and expense allocation is beneficial
Responsibilities
Meticulously review and allocate expenses to the correct general ledger accounts based on vendor services.
Reconcile bank statements for each property monthly, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
Work closely with site teams, back office staff, and other departments to confirm details and gather necessary data.
Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams to address and resolve any issues efficiently.
