Overview
NRG are working closely with a leading provider of IT consultancy, solutions and support based in Gateshead. We are looking for a confident individual to act as a technical resource and client liaison to support a key account. The successful individual will be responsible for the design, delivery and installation (as required) of complex technology-based solutions. There is a high level of stakeholder management in this role and it is vital that the successful individual can contribute and add technical value to client meetings. In addition, the Technical Lead will be responsible for managing a team of 4 engineers and will provide an escalation point for support queries. Key Skills: Current MCSE and/or VMware VCP Vendor certification Experience of various storage platforms, Netapp preferred. Experience of Microsoft core product sets including SharePoint, Skype for Business and Teams Technical management leadership experience Pre-sales design and communication skills Commercially astute, and able to identify opportunities and help convert them.
