Tactical Regional Compliance Manager - London - Permanent The role We have a very exciting role that has just become available for a Tactical Regional Compliance Manager to join a Market Leading Courier Service. The Role As the Tactical Regional Compliance Manager, you will be responsible to take ownership and drive Continuous Improvements, ensuring KPI's are hit, completing interview and on boarding new Compliance Managers. You will also be supporting and motivating the Compliance teams across the region. While also ensuring the Compliance Teams are proactive in driving efficiencies and provide 'Strategic Thinking' Analyse reports to identify compliance failure points and work with Compliance Managers and the Field Team to ensure that non-compliance is identified and managed in an effective manner and responsible for the production of daily and weekly MI analysis Key skills Experience in a similar role within a Courier or Supply Chain Industry Experienced in data analysis and the ability to understand the issues and actions that drive the data Problem solving and planning effective contingencies and solutions Excellent people management and communication skills Strong understanding of Excel, Word and PowerPoint with the ability to create spread sheets and pivot tables to analyse data Previous experience within a compliance / analytical role is essential Current UK driving licence as there will be regular travel to our London North and London South Depots which include Maidstone, Weybridge, Gatwick, Thurrock, Enfield, Hemel Hempstead and Southampton.
