Overview

Tactical Divisional Compliance Manager - National - Permanent The Client We have an excellent opportunity for Tactical Divisional Compliance Manager to join a National Courier service which puts people at the heart of their business. The Role: As Tactical Divisional Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, compliance and the improvement of overall service levels. You will own the strategy that will reduce loss to the business driven from non-compliant deliveries, while reviewing the end to end processes, identifying root cause and implementing action plans to remove loss. You will also be carrying out investigations into client requirements, competitor activities, and the latest technologies to make recommendations for improvements to our network and Work with the Central Services Team to ensure that training guides are kept fully updated and checked for compliance Key Skills: Experience within a similar senior role in either Courier or Supply Chain Industry Excellent People Managing, coaching and developing employee skills Ability to lead on project implementation and the delivery Flexibility to travel across the network, which will also include regular travel to our depots in Enfield, Thurrock, Hemel Hempstead, Gatwick, Maidstone, Weybridge and Southampton Previous experience of working within a compliance related role
