Accounts Payable | PR Agency | Central London Harmonic are excited to be working closely with a fast-growing PR Agency. They are currently experiencing a rapid growth, growing 25% a year, and are looking for a proactive, confident and personable Accounts Payable to join their dynamic team. Culturally, they are a very easy-going and sociable bunch and are based in a very modern office in Central London. This role allows you to work from home for 2 days a week as well as work flexible and shorter hours for the days you are in the office. Our client is looking for a driven and diligent Accounts Payable with excellent communication skills to take ownership of the purchase ledger function. They are looking for an individual who is happy to stay within an Accounts Payable position for the next 12 to 18 months. Duties: Full management of the Accounts Payable function Ensure all AP records are accurate and up to date Processing invoices Liaising with payroll provider Credit card spending, expenses & petty cash Prepayments and payment runs Communicating with other areas of the business on cost related queries Providing an insight as to how the process could be improved What you need (Essential): Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable Good Excel skills Self-motivated & proactive Well organised Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Attention to detail What we'd like to see (Bonus): Experience working within PR Experience working with corporate clients Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 Bonus: 2 days work from home & shorter/flexible hours on days you're in the office Start Date: ASAP Please get in touch at or call into the office: Please feel free to circulate this amongst your friends and contacts.
