Overview
Hours: 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday Start: ASAP - up to 4 weeks Are you looking to gain some experience within a global organisation? Do you have experience working within facilities? Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your role will be to deal with all general maintenance matters on a daily basis, both internally and externally, as required throughout the premises, to a high standard. Your working week: Small internal office moves, moves of floor boxes, furniture, crates etc. Setting up meeting rooms into the requested format Distribution/Collection of mail etc. to departments throughout the building Checking, replacing and ordering light fittings, ensuring other fixtures and fittings are in good working order Minor Plumbing Clearing/cleaning/weeding - general external areas Assisting in unloading of deliveries to the building when necessary Delivery of office paper throughout the building Experienced in carrying out minor redecorations If you are available to start ASAP and have experience within a similar role - then please get in touch today For your information Interested?
