Overview

Based in Watford, my client is seeking 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing team, focusing on providing IT support to external clients from varied industries. A successful candidate will be tasked with providing support for Windows Servers , Active Directory , Microsoft Exchange . Key responsibilities: Proactive approach to monitoring IT systems. Oversee helpdesk and incident management. Providing on-site and remote support to clients. User, PC and server configuration. Router/Firewall configuration and troubleshoot System checks including backup and anti-virus monitoring and reporting. Key Skills: Active Directory on Windows Server 2012 and upwards. Microsoft Exchange 2010 and upwards. Microsoft Office 365. Remote Desktop Servers. Windows 7/8/10 Desktop OS Support. Networking protocols including TCP/IP.
