My Client is a highly dynamic and successful value-added reseller and consultancy providing all leading best of breed IT hardware, software, networking and peripheral products who are seeking a 2 nd - 3 rd Line Infrastructure, Network Escalation Engineer probably with an an MSP background. They seek a talented, enthusiastic 2 nd - 3 rd Line Infrastructure, Network Escalation Engineer who will probably have an MSP background. You will have a mixture of (but not all necessarily) MS Server, 365, VMWare, Azure, Cisco Routing and Switching, Cisco Meraki, VLAN. Your keys skills will be a mixture of Infrastructure, LAN, WAN Networking, etc. You will probably have experience working for an MSP. · Office 365 · Exchange 2016 · VMware vSphere · Server hardware knowledge · Cisco Routing and Switching, Etc · Cisco Meraki · VLANS The successful candidate will gain excellent ongoing formal training. You MUST also have EXCELLENT communication and customer facing skills. Preference will be given to candidates who have performed a 2 nd and 3 rd Line Support escalation and problem resolution. You will also get Project Exposure. The role will be office based in Watford. This is great opportunity to build a varied career working for a dynamic environment.
