Customer focused, friendly, team player, good attention to detail, great telephone manner You will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operation of the department. This includes providing an outstanding, professional and first class experience to all customers via telephone and email communications. What does the role entail - • Delivering excellent customer service • Ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience at all times and first time solution • Be a source of support for all customers and strive to deliver solutions to customer issues • Answer calls and email promptly and in a professional and courteous manner at all times Following training be proficient in the following areas • Inbound and outbound telephone calls to customers regarding deliveries • Inbound and outbound response emails • Administration and organisation of onward customer requirements • Efficient in handing queries to other departments for processing Due to the volume of applications we receive if you have not heard from the managing consultant within 1 week please assume you have not been short listed.
