Job Title - Insurance Technician - Commercial Contract - Permanent Salary - £18,000 - £23,000 Location - Leicester Industry - Insurance Broker (Insurance, Broker, Broking, Commercial, Commercial Account Handler, Administrator) _________________________________________________________________________________ A leading East Midlands insurance brokerage is looking recruit an Insurance Technician to work alongside the commercial team. Duties will include; Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurers. Provide customer service and administrative services to clients. Offer client exceptional service with queries on new and existing policies. Issue New Business, MTA & Renewal documents to clients. Input client data onto the external and internal systems. Essential requirements: Experience of Commercial insurance at SME level. Experience dealing with clients and insurers over the telephone. Outlook and all round PC skills. Working towards Cert CII or looking to work towards.
