Insurance Sales Leicester £30,000 - £60,000 (dependant on experience) Are you an experienced insurance sales professional looking for an exciting new role with fantastic earning potential? The Company: Eileen Richards Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, a reputable, growing and dependable Insurance firm who are established through the East Midlands. They are now seeking an Insurance Sales Person to join their team who is motivated and an enthusiastic, while also possessing a good understanding of the principles and practice of Insurance Risk Assessment, Underwriting and Accounting. Role & Responsibilities of the Insurance Sales Person: Undertake sales activities ensuring delivery of sales and marketing targets, this includes conducting cold and warm sales calls to new and existing clients to close insurance sales. Effectively process incoming commercial insurance sales leads and all renewals, while looking at up-selling techniques. Ability to generate own business leads through networking and attending industry events. Assist with enquiries and creating policies through listening and understanding customers’ needs to create a bespoke insurance package’s. Complete the key task of "fact finding" to identify client's requirements and to provide a quotation to fulfil their needs. Support colleagues in a variety of departments through training and progression requirements. Strive to provide fantastic customer service which will enable you each month to reach your bonus and commission target. About You as the Insurance Sales Person: Previous experience in commercial insurance sales Good product and technical knowledge Excellent ability to build strong relationships with people. Ability to work in a team/team player Excellent communication, time management, negotiation presentation and relationship building skills Passion and drive to succeed.
