Maintenance Team Leader Hatfield (Doncaster) £42,000 Overtime 28 Days Holiday Pension Benefits Double Days Shift Pattern 05:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 23:00 Maintenance Team Leaderrequired for an automated food processing site. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a purpose built highly modern facility with excellent earning opportunities. The Maintenance Team Leader role will suit candidates from any background who are confident with mechanical and electrical (3 phase) maintenance. You will need to be comfortable in a meat processing site where animals are killed, however it is a very clean and modern process. You will work on a double days shift pattern in a multi skilled engineering team. Candidates from forces backgrounds, who have had some civilian experience are welcome to apply You will need to be confident supervising a team of skilled engineers. The Maintenance Team Leaderrole will involve the mechanical and electrical maintenance highly automated production machinery. You will work on conveyors, packing machinery, gears, PLC’s (Basic fault finding), motors and associated equipment. You will carry our reactive breakdowns and PPM, with optional overtime on Saturdays for further PPM work readily available. Your supervisory responsibilities will be: planning and coordination of maintenance plans, ensure daily, weekly and monthly checks are carried out, day to day supervision of skilled engineers and work with the team and senior management to introduce inpremenven when needed.
