Overview
My client are a fantastic service business based in Birmingham City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager position reporting directly into the Finance Director. To assist in the smooth running of the Finance Department and see that it provides the appropriate services to the Firm's clients and to all departments of the business. Key responsibilities: - Supervise/carry out on a day to day basis all functions required in connection with the financial and accounts aspects of the Firm. - Ensure the smooth running of the Finance Department and see that it provides the appropriate services to the Firm's clients and to all departments of the Firm. - Ensure monthly billing is completed promptly and month end close downs are on a timely basis - Be comfortable lending a hand to all aspects of accounting i.e Management/year end accounts - Disseminate information relating to all financial and Finance Department matters to all fee earners and other members of staff as appropriate. - Be responsible for the day to day management of the cashiering team including appraisals Please do get in touch if this sounds of interest to you.
