About the team 383s Finance team lead on accountancy, budgeting and cashflow management for the business, ensuring a business model is devised and adhered to, and providing consultancy and decisions to the leadership team when alterations are required. Their remit covers multiple areas, inclusive of monthly and annual accounts, bookkeeping of all transactions, regular budgeting and forecasting and contract management With a natural alignment to business operations, they are responsible for revenue recognition and sales ledgers alignment with the value of work agreed and delivered, and ensuring that all supporting activities for our delivery programmes are completed, inclusive of payment runs, credit maintenance and general banking. About the role Were looking for a Finance and Front of House Co-ordinator to work closely with the Finance and Operations team. As well as being fully supported with your push towards your AAT level 3 qualifications, you will play an expansive role in the running of our day to day operations. Situated at the head of our front of house program, you'll be busy with a multi-functional role, ensuring the office and meeting spaces are perfectly primed for workshops, office supplies are fully provisioned and that our clients, suppliers and guests have a first class experience with the 383 front line, either virtually or on-site. Youll also support on several finance administration responsibilities across the organisation, including monthly accounts and payments. Responsibilities On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: * Front of House duties, inclusive of client meet and greets and third party enquiries * Financial duties, to cover accounts payable/receivable, receipt governance, expenses and petty cash * Staff purchases, benefits, welfare and travel administration * Processing, recording and controlling accounts payable financial transactions, invoices and expenses * Supporting the month-end process for accounting/treasury, including general ledger reconciliations and posting of accounting entries * Collaborative working space and supplies maintenance * 383er events organisation support * Supplier and contractor relationship support * Support on operational initiatives including general housekeeping, office refurbishment, training programs and onboarding new 383ers Requirements Your Experience: * Minimum two years of experience in the same or similar style role. * Basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures. * Handled guest meet and greets extensively as part of reception-focused duties, inclusive of senior clients and suppliers * Significant exposure to and responsibilities in Finance support inclusive of accounts receivable/payable, debtor management. Your Skills : * Full proficiency in MS Office / iWork and Google Apps , alongside Windows and Mac-based operating systems * Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors * Superb numeracy and formula skills, supported through use of MS Excel, Numbers and/or Google Sheets * Expert level communicator with inbound and outbound queries from third parties and staff * Time-efficient, able to manage fixed priorities and new requests, and flag when expectations require management Your Behaviour : * Analytical - There is no data set too big or small to find the answers needed * Approachable - No task ever puts you out * Friendly - Everyone wants to hang out with you * Multi-tasker - You put the rest of the office to shame * Organised - You set the example for the rest of the office * Positive - You take pride in the company and recognise the value you deliver within it * Prioritiser - You know what needs to be done right now, and what can wait * Solutions-Orientated - You make it your personal responsibility to find the answers and recommend a course of action Wed love it if you * Are a digital native and have a strong interest in the world of tomorrow * Are currently studying for accountancy, ie AAT * Have experience of using Xero * Previous People Operations experience * Have worked in an agency environment Benefits Theres loads of great reasons to become a 383er.
