Overview

Static Building Services Engineer required for office building in Central London - Moorgate area Your new company Well established FM provider with a large portfolio of prestigious contracts within London are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a static site in Moorgate/Liverpool Street area - Central London Your new role The role will involve carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance on site. Duties to include emergency lighting, HVAC maintenance (air handling units, fan coil units etc) as well as general maintenance on site assisting other engineers. What you'll need to succeed You will need for this role previous experience in a similar role ideally in a client facing environment. Also you will need to have relevant City & Guilds qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical - Level 3. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a salary of £35,000 which can be further enhanced through overtime available. (1.5x saturdays, 2.0x on sundays) also on offer is 25 days holiday 8 days bank holidays and the opportunity to work for a leading organisation where further training and progression is encouraged.
