Job Title: Property Consultant Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Location: Leicester A developing independent, bespoke Financial Planning firm is looking to grow their small, close-knit team by adding a new Property Consultant to the business. This firm provides independent advice across a diverse range of case types including Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT, Tax & retirement planning as well as also offering Corporate Financial Advice, Property Investing and also Investment Management. Being a smaller business with a friendly, personable team. They are keen to find someone who can fit in well into the team culture that they have there. The role would include meeting prospective buyers, assess properties that are for sale, compile market research on properties, analyse trends and dealing with customers regularly. This is not a sales-based position and is more around making sure that the purchase of properties goes through smoothly. The Required Skills: Experience of working within sales and property previously and a good understand of how the real-estate market operates. Personable and professional demeanour who is comfortable dealing with a range of customers.
