Overview
ACS are proud to announce we are now looking for a newly qualified solicitor to join a Commercial Property team in Leicester. The candidate should not be intimidated about working directly for one partner and two other solicitors in the team. The ideal candidate should have a sound basis and understanding of land law and is expected to have completed the property elective during their LPC. In addition, ideally two seats in property during their training contract and this should be in a commercial property not a residential environment. The candidate will be expected to undertake initial title and contractual documentation reviews, general correspondence and telephone attendances with both counterpart solicitors and the clients, reporting directly to the partner when undertaking amendments to contractual documentation, preparing reports to the client, such necessary land registry and HMRC documentation.
