A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified solicitor in a thriving accredited practice located in Leicester. The successful applicant will use their expertise to undertake an array of commercial property duties, whilst reporting directly to the partner. Responsibilities • Title and contractual documentation reviews • Use of the Land Registry portal • Acquisition and disposals • Commercial leases • Site strategic planning • Preparing reports to clients • Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions The Candidate • Newly qualified solicitors with a sound basis and understanding of commercial property • Having undertaken property as an elective during your LPC is highly beneficial • Ideally two seats in property during your training contract in a commercial property environment • Excel in communication both verbally and written • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task effectively The Firm Our client is a highly regarded, commercial practice with a team of expert lawyers in offices around the country.
