As such, the firm are on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner who would be comfortable picking up a mixed caseload including sales and purchase, landlord and tenant matters, leases, and licenses to name a few. Alongside this it would also be advantageous if you were comfortable with business development and as such could grow the department. Ideally my client is looking for a Chartered Legal Executive with a strong background within mixed Commercial Property, however they would still consider applications of those non-qualified Fee Earners who also have strong Commercial Property backgrounds.
