Overview
Are you process driven with a keen eye for detail? If the answer is yes, then please read on An award winning organisation with an office located in the heart of Hemel Hempstead is looking for an Administrator to join their team. The day to day responsibilities will include: Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Office Manager/ Team leader for resolution. Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data. Test customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Ideal experience will be a minimum of one year within an office environment with solid experience with Microsoft Office. Your working hours will be 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hours lunch break. The employer are offering a competitive basic salary of 18k plus the opportunity to earn an annual bonus.
