We are pleased to be recruiting for an Administrator to join a successful and growing business based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Accounts team where you will ensure that all major customers have one point of contact with the business We are looking for a driven, organised and focused individual that would like to work with a great team that supply a first-class service and can fulfil the tasks set out below. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you Duties: Ensure all quotations are raised correctly and chased regularly Process timesheets for invoicing and payment Make sure claims and expenses are sent out and managed in a timely manner Red pen checks to be completed daily - Ensuring the Key Accounts process has been followed Checking invoices weekly/monthly and send out via email Candidate requirements: Professional telephone manner and email etiquette Familiar with Microsoft Excel Maintain a good working relationship with all internal departments A good eye for detail Maintain, upkeep, and build on customer and supplier relationships
