Overview
Our client is a well-established company based in Hemel and they are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to liaise with new and/or existing Customers regarding their queries and orders. This is a fixed term contact to provide maternity cover for 1 Year. Liaise with new or existing Customers regarding their queries, placing orders etc. Liaise with Customer Services Manager regarding customer orders/queries/warehouse related queries Liaise with Finance Manager regarding more complex financial queries. To deal with all customer queries, written and oral, in a professional and courteous manner, including receiving incoming calls, taking telephone orders and/or directing to correct personnel; promoting new products as appropriate and encouraging repeat orders; receiving visitors and performing reception duties in a professional, courteous manner. Prepare customer daily sales orders ready for dispatch by the warehouse team, ensuring products, pricing and credit terms are correct. Maintain up to date customer records using the various company database applications (e.g. Sage, Courier Databases, MS Excel, CRM etc). Willing to carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager. Minimum Qualifications/Experience : Previous experience in a customer focused role required. Vocational qualification in customer services also desirable. Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Outlook. Experience of Sage accounts package desirable but not essential.
