NHS Professionals Corporate would love to hear from you NHS Professionals run the temporary work placements at NHS Professionals Corporate and we are looking for an Administrator to start ASAP Location: Breakspear Park, HP2 4TZ Department: Bank Exclusive Band: 3 - £10.10 p/h What will your duties and responsibilities be? Respond to all calls with the highest level of customer service ensuring service excellence. Ensure offer letters and terms of engagement are issued accurately and promptly. Delivering a consistently high standard of business and administrative support to the team. Organising and maintaining effective processes, procedures and documentation with proper version control. Drafting reports and correspondence as required. Audit the forms completed and ensure they are completed correctly. Check permits and ensure candidate is eligible to work in the UK. Check and verify the appropriate registration and qualifications. Book appropriate training for new flexible workers. Issue NHS Professionals name badges to candidates. File and scan appropriate documentation. Weekend and evening working and travel around the UK will be required Interpreting key recruitment criteria and communicating positive and negative outcomes. Operate and ensure the recruitment database is kept current and maintained to a high standard.
