Calling all Recruitment Consultants with a Construction background We have a perfect opportunity for you to join a small, fun, lively and high performing office with the backdrop of a Global FTSE 250 organisation. Hays are already a market leader in the Construction recruitment sector and as a result of several new contract awards, we are now building our own recruitment “dream team” based from our established office in Milton Keynes. Recruitment Consultants at Hays are given the support needed to grow and develop as individuals, and as the team expands there will be a fast-track opportunity for career progression. This is a busy environment requiring exceptional drive and determination to succeed. The role will involve supporting Tier 1 main contractors, and we are therefore interested in talking to recruiters with experience of this sector who in turn are looking for autonomy and the room to manage themselves in a mature working environment.
