Your new role Hays Digital Technology is a recently launched specialism of Hays Specialist Recruitment, the market leader in the UK & Ireland in technology recruitment. This scaling business are experts in hiring talent in to traditional organisations going through digital transformation and native digital companies from Start-ups through to Unicorns. We are currently hiring for Cyber Security Recruitment Consultants, typical roles that you will be recruiting for will include: CISO, Information Security Manager, Information Security Architect, Security Engineer, Security / SOC Analyst & Penetration Testers across a wide range of industries. This is a candidate driven market where demand outstrips supply so you will have to build trust with this candidate pool by becoming part of the Cyber Security eco-system. Further, you will have to understand the organisations that are hiring for these skills, identify and engage key stakeholders to present them with the best talent available to drive revenue. Recruitment is fast-paced and dynamic, every day you'll be making a lasting impact. As a Recruitment Consultant you'll source candidates, win clients and match the right candidate to the right job to make fees. It's hard work as you'll have to hit both sales and activity targets but a career in recruitment is extremely rewarding. What you need to succeed In order to succeed you will have an interest in technology and be able to become familiar with concepts quickly through formal and informal learning. You will be savvy on social media and be able to convert relationships from online to face to face. You will have a flexible mind-set and will be able to come up with creative solutions to challenges that the market presents.
