Overview
Our client has been a provider of Digital Services and Solutions for over 30 years to both private and public sector clients, as well as running a small but busy boutique recruiting division, specialising in IT, both contracting and permanent placements. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join them as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. The ideal person will be self-motivated, passionate about sales / recruitment and enjoy the challenge of developing new business. Description of Role: • We are looking for a Consultant with 360 degree recruitment experience. You will be responsible for converting new business and managing the entire recruitment process from start to completion. • You’ll be a passionate and "sales led" recruiter that is looking for a culture; where you will work autonomously and not be micro-managed. You will still have continuous support from highly experienced delivery consultants. • This is a challenging role that requires a confident and forthright character that is passionate, inquisitive, creative, credible, positive and resilient. • A sales led individual who is unfazed by business development and who is ambitious and tenacious. The commission scheme is easy to understand and uncapped. What we need from you: 1. Overall, around 3 years recruitment industry exposure, with around 2 years in a direct sales recruitment role - winning new business across the IT Sector. 2. Proven track record in IT Sales Recruitment. 3. Winning attitude and desire to succeed. 4. Experience of networking and attending conferences. 5. Experience of running effective client and candidate face to face meetings.
